The practise of yoga has so many wide ranging benefits for the mind and the body. By bringing a regular practise into your life you will improve your strength and flexibility as well as enjoy an increased sense of calm equilibrium in the mind.
I teach a friendly and accessible style of traditional Hatha yoga with a focus on safe alignment. My classes are a balanced blend of asana (physical postures) as well as breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation and deep relaxation.
I am currently offering both group yoga classes and individual sessions both from my boutique home studio and from The Colebrooke Village Hall. Online Zoom private sessions are also available by request.

A personalised private yoga session is ideal for those wanting to move forwards with their practise or perhaps focus on a particular problem area or injury.
I offer private sessions for individuals or small groups in my home studio (or at your home).
I am planning some regular yoga workshops that will be held over the summer months including deep rest and relaxation, meditation, and other sessions for those wanting to move their practise forwards.
